To foster engagement between academia, research councils and industrial users of plasma wakefield accelerators.
The UK steering committee for plasma wakefield accelerators, PWASC, will hold an online community meeting 9.30 AM - 5.00 PM on Tuesday 8th September 2020.
The purposes of this meeting are:
To update the plasma accelerator community on the work being done by PWASC.
To foster improved engagement between members of the community, with the aim of bringing about fruitful collaboration.
To instigate a conversation between the community and its current and potential stakeholders.
Several senior representatives from funding bodies, industry and international collaborative projects, have agreed to attend and contribute to the day. We are confident that the meeting will be of interest to all those working in the field.
